I am looking for a indemnification waiver that covers as any thing you'd could think of. Anyone sharing? PDF, MS word, file would be perfect. PM or email me.

Depends where you are in the world?

I would have thought that you can't just "sidestep" any potential claim by putting a waiver clause in your contract.

Professional Indemnity insurance is the way to go.
