I agree, it's a lovely pose. I don't know what post processing options you have Evan but you could try playing with shadows/highlights, levels and saturation to lift the colours.

This is another shot. How is this one? The water was a very dark greek slime colour and the sun was straight in front of me and was relecting straight into the lense.

That's better Evan, but this does not have the symmetry of the first shot. If you had "image editing OK" on your profile I could have a go at lightening your first shot for you if you like. :D Don't you just love it when the sun is in your eyes?!!!

Go ahead and edit the first one. Yup, I enjoyed the Bahamian sun in my eyes :-)

The first one has much more detain and colour in the birds when you look at it at higher
resolution, and it printed up quite nice.
