added some frames and altered in cs3 , c + c most welcome , decided to put them here as never got any feedback in other form , not that bad are they lol

So much noise! Particularly the first post. And you shot at ISO100 so where'd it all come from? If it's meant to be artistic post-processing, I'm afraid I'm not for it. If it's in preparing them for the web, then I think you'd best use other software for it, though it might help slightly to remove the unnecessary borders as they're just chewing up part of your per-image storage. They're all very soft - I think you need a smaller aperture and probably more distance from the subject (even if it means more cropping later). Some of the edits bring out a bit of texture, but in my opinion not enough to satisfy. In the end, there's simply not enough interest/detail to make this picture a self-contained image. Anyway, I think the 2nd one is the best treament, followed by the fourth. Regards, Tony

i completley agree with tony... WAYYY to much noise, and i'm the type that loves the "artistic" PP. these look like they were taken with a cell phone camera and then put into photoshop to add noise.

number four is a really cool idea, however.

Noise... Either you love it or U don't.

In some cases noise or the "film grain" look works. I am less troubled then others by the noise in these shots. Good work, PP on #3 is cool.

I dont mind the noise - i dont like the frames.

Your treatment (crop, focus, camera angle)
makes them seem to me disturbingly organic.
Like you say its a rose but I'm feeling
that its the mouth of some strange sea creature or something.

I think these guys are being a little naughty. So just ignore them...............alt​hough I did initially think that they looked a little 'erotic'. Probably because I had had a couple of glasses of wine.:o

I still like the two that I said earlier and the framing which you have not as yet told me the secret of how to achieve this.
