Here's some pics from my daughter's game the other night. It was getting later in the evening and the sun was at the back of the batters. These were taken w/ the 40D and the 70-200 2.8 IS. What a great combination! I should have used a faster shutter speed, so no need to comment on that.

#1. Here's my daughter. She's got nice hitting form. Unfortunately, she didn't do much hitting that day.

Nice shots!

It was hard to see facial expressions much better. The sun was at their backs as this was a late make-up game. Most of their games are earlier in the day so getting faces should be easier. I need to pick up the 1.4x instead of my 2x. Nice shots on your post, btw.
