I feel like a little kid again! :D Very well packaged by Roberts Imaging! Hmmm~~~~I love this new Camera smell haha
coming from Rebel XTi a.k.a 400D, I love how 40D fits in my hand. Always thought 400D felt bit small in my hand, battery grip helped alot but still 40D feels better IMO. I can't wait for my 17-40 to arrive today...excited.

First thing I did, took pictures of the opening ceremony with my iPhone LOL

Congrats! I too moved from a XTi to a 40D, and the grip makes a world of the difference. Still getting used to the weight, but it does feel a bit more balanced when my 24-105L is mounted =)

I got a box just like that today! Great deal they had. It is my second 40D. The XTI is now our backup!

I went from XT to 40D. Viewfinder alone was worth the upgrade. Love firing full speed at birds. Have fun.

17-40 also arrived today :) along with 420ex, Sandisk 4gb CF. But I dropped my 50.8 and now it's making crazy sound when auto-focusing LOL

waiting for Lowepro to arrive, until then I ain't taking this outside! LOL
