The finger pose reflection in the last shot is great.

"I worked hard to get this camera, saved up quite some time now"

Move to the US where we have 12-24 months no interest financing at many stores. Get it now, pay it off over 12-24 months. No interest and you play with the toys now instead of holding onto a bunch of worthless money! ;)

:) I'm in the US, also Citizen of the US. I'd love to get financing from either Bestbuy, Circuit City or other stores who offers no interest financing but debt is debt. I'd rather spend the amount that I can actually afford at the moment and not have any kinds of debt. Anyways, Roberts Imaging was offering very good deal so I had to pull the trigger.

You are wise beyond your apparent reflected years in the back of your 40D.

You are very wise, grasshopper!

Like you, I save for the cameras and lenses. Its funny to see the salesman's face when we says, "Okay, that'll be one-thousand seven hundered dollars", and I pull out a wad of cash and ask, "with a cash discount, right?"

Enjoy the rig and share some shots. I'm still on the XTi wagon right now but accumulating quality glass before I go to another body.

Great opening ceremony! Have you fired off that 6.5fps yet? That will put a bigger smile on your face! I too grew up in Northridge, many years ago. SoBay is much cooler in the summer.
