No it's actually docked just off Dive Crescent near the city center. I'm guessing you recognise the second location though :)

Heck yeah. I grew up surfing that beach. I was back at Xmas and how the area has chanaged. Funny thing was I noticed more with my camera. Guess my eyes have been opened up.
