Here's a couple from my nephews little league game. I had rented the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 to test it out. Had to do the standard shooting through a fence but I don't think it turned out too bad.

Quality wise they look great. The first 2 have a warm color cast however. The second I would straighten so that his feet are level. I REALLY like the way the shadow is directly behind him in the last one.

Thanks for the advise. I like the shadow also on the last one, though I didn't notice it until I got home. I didn't even think of that at the game, I just got a good placement.

The picture looks like the sun is setting, or an orange tint. I like the catcher shot, although I think it would have more of an effect if you could get more of his face/eyes.

Thanks for sharing. I particularly like #2. Other opinions may vary, but I think the setting sun/orange cast adds to the richness of the photo. Also, how do like that tamron 70-200 for sports. I've been considering this lens, maybe even renting out like you did.
