I decided to try something a little different here, let me know what you think!

You won't get a lot of enthusiasm over selective color around here. It's perceived as a Photography 101 exercise.

Did you mean to include the blue sky reflection off the windshield?

I would prefer a tighter crop in the car, as the cab is a bit distracting and the front end is blown out.

Did you intend to depart from the horizontal? If not, rotate the image CCW about 2 degrees.

Everything appears to be leaning to the right, i think the crop works well with the cosmopolitan subject but if i had not seen the title i probably would not even have noticed the 3 Series.
For me it does not have any dominance in the image and is just part of the mid ground.
I am of course making an assumption about the intended subject based on the title so please excuse me if i have mis interpreted that.
I can visualise this image as the footer to a modern city life or corporate web page

How about the straightened, color version? Wroth keeping, or a new candidate for the recycle bin?

When I shot it, I didn't intend for the car to be the subject, but it just sticks out to me for some reason.

I agree with joedlh.
Crop tighter. I would crop so the photo's between the pedestrians toe and the street lights.

I really like the long and low crop - for me the two people are the natural subjects, and they're in about the right position through the shot. But: there's way too much motion blur, there are blown highlights not just on the taxi but on the people's faces, and that's a total spoiler. Work another outing, as it's shown great potential. As for the M3, I wouldn't draw attention to it - I think it cheapens the shot. Cheers, Tony
