There is probably some fancy white balance adjustment you can do, but just try turning down the red a bit, or upping the green seemed to achieve almost the same thing. I'm not an expert, just going by my eye and playing with the levels myself.

What makes this issue tricky is the green hue in the background.
I see too much Magenta in the image rather than red, as Green is opposite Magenta if you reduce one it has a tendancy to increase the opposite colour.
The green probably comes from the lighting in the building, maybe flourescent energy savers which cause a green cast.
What software did you use to process the image?
I also straightened the image which is the reason for the tighter crop.

The guy hidding behind the man in the centre looks very odd..

It's also off axis and out of focus. And the lady on the right doesn't look like she's having a very good time.

My own personal belief is that full body shots are only for figure studies and when the bride paid five figures for her gown.

I adjusted the color in Elements using Adjust color/ color variations. Sharpened it a little, although a better solution is to take the shot in focus and hold the camera steady. I also rotated it 2 degrees CW and cropped up to the hands.

Keep at it.
