I don't think it's so much busy, however, as it lacks any clear subject or point of interest. For me it's just a street corner with some pretty trees. Also, I personally don't feel that the title helps since all I really see are some signs and a crosswalk . . . nothing that makes me think "crossroads". Since you know the area, it obviously has a different meaning for you but I'm not sure that it translates to the viewer.
