Hi everyone i am doing lots of things with photography but i think my bussiness cards are too small. I realize that i put the number to little and my mobile is not receiving a lot of calls for jobs. I am trying to advertise myself . What do you advice me to see more results . I need clients.

A little about myself i have been doing exhibitions and putting some of my pictures in local news papers but now i am going i to a professional level. I see that i visit a lot places but i am no recieving a lots of call. I need to get people attention as a photographer to get that respect. I know is not the hot season of weeding but graduations. I am more outside photographer.

It looks like you are already doing some advertising, and I would suggest trying to target any audience you are interested in. The local schools may have a paper you can advertise in for senior portraits or graduation photos, and the local hardware store might let you post fliers for your "weeding" service.
From reading your post you may also want to look into getting someone to help proof your ads. Little typos could really turn off customers quickly because it will be a perceived lack of attention to the kind of detail a photographer needs to watch.

I believe the OP doesn't speak English as a primary language.

NEVER use free websites, they all have certain restrictions, especially in the photos area. No sense in being a professional if the websites states they own all your photos. Get a cheap website from a major company, or use a service like Smugmug. If you want to sell prints online, Smugmug is a fairly good service as it takes care of purchases for you so you can take care of the photos.

As for spelling, be it in English or another language that you will be advertising in, proper spelling and grammar is needed for wedding ads. If you want to gear towards highschool and college students (not in weddings), you can be more creative in the language (don't go as far as 1337 speech though).

What medium you send your ads through will depend on the target audience. I deal a lot with students, so things like Facebook ads are actually everyday things. Newspapers are always good to use, and of course, making sure your google keywords are effective is necessary in this day and age (another reason why you should NOT use free websites).

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

My guess is Puerto Rico. The 15th b-day parties (quinceañeras) are INSANELY elaborate in most cases....almost like a mini-wedding!

Because i study how to make your own bussiness....some agency is gone pay me the lights and the Umbrellas and some lense and the Quantum Battery and a braket for the camara and a extra flash. I am gone have to learn How to deal with that light but anyway. the thing is that i have to get into the audience i have to do promotions of myself we have like 50,000 of poblation around me. So i have to do another promotions i was thinking in going to churches and maybe in local mini papers.

Of course my teacher told me that is gone be like a friday and saturday work and some extras the Sundays. The thing is that i whant to be serius about it. I am going to put my official name in a month. But i already did some 15 birthdays and a weedings. Thanks i am reading all this i whant your advice
