I love visiting the Birds section of the Photo Sharing forum and find some beautiful pictures!
It seems that to capture them photographers require some pretty nice glass with reach + extenders / crop bodies.
I can respect and understand it as a hobby, but when it comes to turning those photos for some money is there really a market? It seems it would be very niche, and even with that one would have to travel all over (for variety) and spend lots of time patiently waiting for the right shots.
So for those that do it, is it mainly for pleasure?
