aye so I guess this should be in the lighting department but...
I just got a heavy duty 13 ft lighting stand and reflector boom arm from alien bees today...
can anyone help me put the two together!? lol Im sure its pretty simple but I have no idea, I have the light stand, the boom arm and some circular gadget with a handle on each side that has holes in it that came with the boom...

Id greatly appreciate the help

hehehehehe...when I need a boom, I just use one of my mic stands. The nice thing about being a musician for over 20 years is I have stands out the wazzoo!
