Even though this has ball/action it doesn't do anything for me - fan photo it'd be good, but for my usage (I shoot a bit different than some as I'm mostly stock type images) it wouldn't work. Your exposure seems good as the color is good, and there doesn't seem to be any blur. But, you have the dark face. Not sure you can give it a litter more exposure and keep the blur out.
