Yes... I changed bodies as I gave the 20D to my wife and couldn't pass up the instant rebate and $300 mail in for the Canon Pro9000 Printer. :)

Thanks Joey... the 1st base coach kept pacing back and forth in front of me, so I had to side step him every frame.... needless to say I missed a few or caught his arm in the photo. After a while he noticed me taking pictures and apologized, but by that time it was too as the game was basically over. I appreciate the feedback and will crop them next time...

I love how everyone always says, just bump the iso. For those of us that shot film at games 10 years ago, I never once considered switching to ISO 800 or 1600 speed film, let alone 3200. Of course, technology has changed so that these cameras can do that. But shouldn't people be able to go to a baseball game on a regular day (even overcast) and come back with usable images even at ISO 400?

To Luisv, your photos look great. Keep experimenting. For LL games, if the umps will let you in the dugouts, near the openings, or sometimes even on the field down the first base line (if they are fenced in) are great spots. Another to consider, get on top of the dugout (bring a ladder). Great angles from there.

Most umps just tell me i can stand where i want so long as i don't interfere with the game. I've even gone out with the outfielders. You dont' get too many long popups deep outfield and if they do u have enough time to get out of the way.
My fav place to stand is the on deck circles since here locally they don't let kids warm up outside the dugout anymore for safety reasons.
All in all my 2 spots are the on deck circle for batters and fielders and behind the catcher outside the fence to get the pitcher pitchin at me.
