Hi

We have just started a wedding photography business, and have booked our first couple of clients. When we went to see them, they had a good idea of what they wanted and the plans for the day. One is 2008 and the other 2009. We intend to meet with them again to finalise all the details, but how often is the norm for meeting / emailing clients who are so far in advance without being annoying?
