Sorry to hear that Sooyoung I hate getting ripped off .
My damage was actually pretty light but nevertheless quite alarming!! I recently got a letter from my credit card company stating that there's been some fraudulent activities suspected on my card and that they'd have to close down my account for my protection and re-issue me a new one. I thought, hmmm... what could be going on here.... Then I found out that a company name "Businessmax" was trying to charge me $14.99 automatically each month. When I did a google search on this company, aha! this company was given all of my credit card info from .... guess what?... VistaPrint! That's when I found out that there have been a whole lot of folks victimized by this seedy practice by VistaPrint. One victim didn't even catch this monthly charge for 7 months!! And none of this third-party charges were authorized by the card holder. Absolutely a sneaky money sucking practice.... If you cancel the so-called "benefit membership" to which the victim has never even signed onto, they then move on to another third party company who will then start charging an automatic monthly bills on your credit card....
And VistaPrint is a publically traded company with NASDAQ symbol of VPRT.
If anyone has been victimized by this printing company, they don't want to hear about your complaints on written reports, i.e., no email available on their website, only their 800 number which you'd be foolish enough to even try calling, as you'll be hanging on your phone until your ears hurt and will voluntarily give up contacting them. So, here's the phone number to their Lexington, MA headquarters and the only available email:
