Check their terms of use and then check how to report improper use. Usually they will give themselves a 2 day-1 week window for responding. If they don't, send an invoice for the cost of putting the image up. After that, seek legal help if it does bother you enough. I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

This has happened to me a couple times but they were just linking directly to my hosted images. nsuphoto.com
