I'm not sure where to get it - there's no download link on the website (or I'm blind). I don't do a lot of HDR work but from the article it sounds like this software preserves tones and saturation so it won't look horribly over saturated like most HDR pics.

You are looking in the tutorial. The download link is in the software area (BTW you reach there just by clicking the first 2 letters of the tutorial: 'Zero Noise' :D): http://www.guillermolu​ijk.com/software/zeron​oise/index.htm (external link) (click both DESCARGAR links, seconds gives an updated .exe. fie)

The program preserves tones and saturation since it does nothing to the image, just eliminate noise.
