I haven't had a chance to go through them all yet, but here are a few I edited. Let me know what you think. All were taken with the Canon 100-400L and the Mark III. You can view more in my Wings Over Pittsburgh Gallery (external link).

I'd say that is my favorite as well. He flash it open/closed so fast, I was happy to catch a good shot.

Very nice pics, I especially like the last one, have a thing for old and/or sporty props.

Nice shots.........

Yeah improvement, last year's weather was horrible and the pics came out bad. A few statics I took were OK. So I passed this year.........

Oh yeah, how was the parking? We got parked in an office park across the highway and had to get bussed in an that was sorely lacking............

I'm on the way to Chino now and that should be great (except for that constant haze that hangs over the area).

Last year it was 90+ and sunny. Tough to get good photos. This year was pretty nice weather wise. Got sunny in the afternoon, but as long as you weren't shooting into the sun, it was pretty good.

We parked in the office buildings next to the airport. Though wasn't a terribly bad walk. We were alot closer last year. I couldn't pass up this year, as I wanted to see the F22 Raptor.

Here are a few more:

Looks like sharpening halos !

nice set , like the one with the doors open best , it really makes me marvel at the design and packaging on these aeroplanes.

Little bit true on the sharpening, but the partial white outline was like that when I took it considering the sun. The sharpening probably only enhanced it Makes it almost not apart of the background.
