I am wondering when you shoot at an outside event what mode you shoot in. I was shooting one today where there was pretty harsh sun light and I was in M, AV, and TV throughout the event. I am curious to what you all shoot with when you are out and about doing work in natural light. Is there one you favor over the other? Tell me your thoughts on this.

I've been shooting for five months, went from AV to TV and now M. Camera is on M 90% of the time now.

I am not saying that 90% of the pics are great:o but more of them pop in M than in TV or AV.:D

Ok, that puts some of my inner thoughts to rest. I was shooting a Police Week memorial for my unit. (I am an Air Force cop) I was shooting mostly in M/RAW, but I wanted to try AV and TV to see where the best pictures came from. I am still new to shooting  I think the best ones came from M. Guess I am still not fully confident in my outside shooting.

Last year I was 99% Av but this year I have gone over to M and I am more than happy with the results I have been getting.
