I want to do some indoor portrait photography. I have a Canon 50mm 1.4, but I often find that I can't step back enough to get a group of people or sometimes even just one person in shot ! It's that pesky 1.6x focal adjustment on my 10D. Now I can't afford a full-frame camera body so it's going to have to be a new lens. These two are of a similar price ( the Sigma more expensive but looks a bit more impressive)

Has anyone had any experience with either of these lenses that they would like to share ?

Cheers

Gary.
