I don't feel the framing is quite right on either.

I sort of think that too, especially for the 2nd one, i think i could crop abit off the right so the boat is closer to the edge, tho i would loose some of the yellow/orange coloured sky. i will play.

Since water is always moving, did you process one raw three times?

The HDR was merged with 3 raws taken with +/- 1.5 stops
