This stuck out to me while on the beach, shot with the 70-200mm f/4L. Let me know what you think!

I like the contrast in color an textures, clean composition, but for me it needs a little more DOF, and maybe a little color saturation.

Very zen.
The lines of flow in the sand move it a notch up.

I like this....perhaps a tad more contrast to define the grass from the sand?

Agree with Flo - looks like it was shot on an overcast day. Give it a little boost.

Thanks for the feedback. How about the new and improved version? Too subtle, just right, or needs more adjustment?

I like the composition...as tmcman said, "very zen". To me though it doesn't look like it needs more saturation, it looks a little under exposed...or at the very least needs a bit of a levels adjustment.

Other than that, nicely done.
Peace,
Jim

I'm seeing a shadow or halo around the left spikes of grass. ???

I love this shot.. i don't say that often either.. but I think more DOF.. would have made it a perfect image..

Was wondering how long it would take before someone mentioned it. Dial back the high radius sharpening amount.
