I was happy with these when I first got into studio lighting.

Read the FAQ.

Thanks Tim the stickies are great! I really only saw a few reccomondations for cheap lighting in those threads and most were still more than what I was looking to spend. I am trying to stay around 400 dollars. I know I can get no where near the quality of most of the reccomended sets but this is just a hobby for me and I want to stay on good terms with the wife.

I am really looking for something to use with PhotoKey and a chromokey backdrop. Just alot of fun to play around with, but I really need some lighting to get better results.

thanks.

Chris

Have a look in the review sticky, or look at the threads I started for the review of my GY-180 ebay strobes. They came from Hong Kong, cost not very much, and work very well.
