oh yes.. and the worst: magic drainpipe

in fact, saying any piece of equipment has any "magic" at all should be a bannable offense. Justifying an expensive piece of kit that you don't necessarily need because it has "magic" that you can't get from a lesser alternative is... quite lame.

The one that really got me was 'aperature' - but I have got used to it now.

I cannot however get used to people spelling lens as 'lense'

And don't get me started on possessive apostrophes....

Hmm.. I always thought of mine as a magic Canon. ;)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Sorry, but there are spelling mistakes and there is ignorance.

And there is none so blind as those who will not see.... And none so ignorant as those who will not learn.

Meanwhile, being an amature tog, I'll go out and play with my zoom lense on my Cannon. I want to experiment with different aperatures.

In NZ, togs are a nick name for your swimmers, or , as they say in most parts of the world, your "bathing suit". For example my togs are Cuban Longboards with sex wax pocket.

They can't do magic? Nuts.

The bigger problem I have with "lense" is that my doggone Websters Third New International Dictionary which weighs even more than a Bigma states that "lense" is an OK alternate spelling of "lens".

I still use 'lens' though.

And my magic lenses all go to 11.

I really, really, really hate "pulled the trigger" when someone says they bought some lenses.
