javid, I'm not sure of what system will work best. Try installing and using the Canon Raw processing software Digital Photo Professional (DPP). It comes with Canon DSLRs. if you don't have a disk, let us know -- there are workarounds.

I didn't keep my 500D pack and cant find CDs. I tried my G12 CD and got OS error: This software does not currently support your system.Is there any way?

I dont know why but its not show cr2 files. I cheked with my older files (350d) but its not work.

You will hve to update! Go to the Canon website for your area and update, either for your camera (search the archives) -- get the updated software that will support your Raw format@

Another question: is there any coded or software to show preview on windows explorer like jpeg files?

Canon supplies some "Raw codec" software for some of its stuff, Microsoft supplies an "update" for some, but it has to support your specific camera/Raw format. Do an internet search for "canon raw codec" and grab some stuff (I don't personally rely on Windows to view Raw files).
