Haven't had too much time to shoot with it, but my initial impressions and test shots around the house have been very positive. Reasonable size and weight, images look good taking into account the tremendous angle of coverage. I am hoping PTlens will offer a profile for this lens soon; there is no getting away from some distortion at the extreme wide end. However, it does things that no other lens can do on a APS-C camera and I am looking forward to getting some landscape shots over the Holidays. I got mine last Friday morning from Camera Canada. I shot a commercial job with it later that afternoon and was pretty pleased with the results. I use the Canon Wireless TTL system and I did pick up some flare with an off camera flash that I had set up too close to the edge of the frame. I had a number of shots where the light stand was just a little farther aways and there was no flare, so I think it was my fault not the lens. "There's never time to do it right. But there's always time to do it over."
