like bike was used by young lads to bring 'stuff' to the German soldiers

(the box on the crossbar was full of ammo)

Nice shot, hope they took it easy on that thing. Hate to see one hit a bump and blow the front end off of it....:D

:shock:. The "stuff" on the front is a Panzerfaust...a shaped charge anti-tank weapon. Sort of the grandfather of the RPG. Great photo!

You made me go look up the differences between the Panzerfaust and the Panzerschrek.

Really interesting picture! I read that in the last days of the third reich that Hitler sent young boys and old men to fight hoards of Russian tanks with bicycles equipped with anti tank rockets.
