I was disappointed to discover that you have to use the battery grip to attach the bottom half of the Hand Strap to a camera (Digital Rebel).

1. I was wondering if anyone has attempted to fashion something to attach the Hand Strap to instead of buying the Battery Grip.

2. Can anyone with any battery grip take a picture of how the hand strap attached to the bottom of the grip so I can see how it attaches?

Thanks in advance;

-Tom D.

I actually started out with the hakuba grip, then got the canon grip and just used the plastic piece that came with the Hakuba, as I like the canon strap better.

Yeah, well I remembered having seen it, which made it much easier to locate . . .
