Home Studio for £300 / $550

I'm looking at setting up something at home.

I've got a 580ex already but am looking at getting a lighting and background set up.

I have the space for a 100cm softbox.

I've looked around and seen a few options but I've never used any of this kit before.

So I reckon I want

1 softbox with light + stand
1 continuous source + stand, poss 300w?
background +stand
reflectors
brolly for the 580ex?

Hope you guys can help
