Hello all i just wanted to share a few pictures with you all and thank you for all the advice and help ive recieved on this forum! its exciting to see how far ive come in such a short amount of time

https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=405333:
this thread thread was one of my first posts here and its obvious how much my photography and pp skills have improved. keep in mind ive never used an SLR (not just a DSLR) until i bought my first Rebel xti a mere 8 months ago. I think my photography has come a long way and welcome all comments and critiques you all offer me and post a question...do you think my work is good enough for me to begin charging for?

Nice action. Do you move around the side lines?

PLEASE FOLLOW THE POSTING RULES OF EIGHT IMAGES! I got sick of waiting for pics to load and hit stop so am not seeing them all but will say watch your backgrounds a bit, try to get where the fans are not if at all possible - and sometimes that's impossible. The others look like good action but 13 pix takes forever to load and is annoying to sort through, pick the best 8 at most.

as far as backgrounds go my options were either parents, coaches, or another soccer field so it was pretty much impossible to get clean backgrounds and ill split this up into a few different posts if that would be preffered

solid action and nice images. watch a few of the horizons too and it looks to me like you had a WB issue on #9 and I'd tone down the contrast in #10.

I like the action. #3, #4, #5 and #8 are nice. The others don't have nice backgrounds. Wish #9 and #10 had the whole body in frame.

I'd call 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 salable do to tight action, focus and faces. The gentleman in the background of #1 is kind of iffy, but he's the kind of thing photographers notice more than most people.
