I like the look, but I dont like the reflection of her glasses. Seeing the photographer and surroundings make it seem less surreal

I like the effect. The colors are a little spooky..

I like the photo, if you could throw something more interesting in the reflection that's be interesting.

I agree. if you could remove or fix the reflection, it would be really cool.

What did you do to it in PS? (I have a few pictures that effect might look good on)

Created a mask for the hair, eyes, mouth and hands and then used curves to change her face.
