Hey all,

I have no idea where to place this post - POTN should have a "Travel" section to be honest .

Anyway, I am planning to fly budget to Tasmania from Perth, Australia. I want to know whether Tasmania is a good scenic spot as they all say, where to go, when to go (i.e. winter - Juneish? or summer in Dec/Jan?), and any other travel advises such as hostel stays and car hire...ANYTHING! As for lenses, I have my Sigma 10-20mm EX HSM, Canon 50mm f/1.8 and soon a Canon 70-200mm f/4 IS. I have a 350D + grip and a 430EX too.

I have been looking on YouTube and been researching alot, but I just cannot seem to find the right information that I want.

Keep in mind that I want to travel with a partner and we are going for approx 10 days solely for photography only - Budget-style travelling.

Fire away with any ideas or prior knowledge about Tazzy.

Thanks in advance.

Keegan.
