Hello,
I am new to the forum and new to digital. I just purchased a Canon D40
and two Canon lenses. 18-135 IS Af and 70-30 IS AF. The frog photo
was shot using Panasonic Lumix FZ50, as I don't have a dedicated
flash for the Canon. Please view my gallery and post comments,
don't be shy now be honest you can't hurt my feelings I have none.

that random white flower thing coming out of the picture really detracts from the picture, and draws attention away from the focal point. the composition overall isn't fantastic either..

Thanks, you are right about the random white thing. I didn't feel ok about
altering the scene as the property and flowers were not mine. Composition
is "keyholed" somewhat.
