i get what you ares saying. in photoshop if i use the lasso tool and just go around the grass and work on certain sections i could make it alot better right?

Were you trying to do some minor corrections (pretty much what Bob_A lists above) or were you going for some more experimental, adventurous moves? The PP'ed version you posted does nothing for me, personally, adventurous intent or not. The original is slightly overexposed.
