PS CS3 Palettes on a second monitor?

I'm running PS CS3 on an Apple iMac with a 24" monitor. I have a second LCD sitting around gathering dust and was wondering if (1) is it possible to set up so that the PS palettes are displayed on the spare monitor with the photo image only on the iMac monitor and (2) if possible, how to go about doing this? Thanks for any help.

Attach the 2nd screen, go to System Prefs > Diplays. In "arrangement" you can arrange the screens.
The in PS, drag all palettes to where you want them.
I'd save the palette locations (both old and new) by the way: Window > Workspace > Save.
Makes switching between 1 and 2 screens easier.
