I was contemplating the air show as well. Only problem is the 3 hour freeway lineup each way.... There's a tour bus that does a day trip out of it and leaves out of Seattle from the Piers. I thought about doing that so that I don't have to fight it. They also have a group customs process etc. that's prolly easier than waiting at the border. Whatever the case if I let someone else drive I can do something on my laptop, sleep or edit pics on the way home or something. It'll be my first year going so once I have the hang of it I might do it differently. It's either that or make a weekend out of it and get lodging up there. I'm coming from the Tacoma, WA area. At the price of gas nowadays that's prolly going to go a long ways to offsetting the tour cost. I think airshow tickets are included in the package too. Wanna say it starts in another month or so -> SOME PICS Roy has 3 rodeos a year that I know of. The first is the Junior Rodeo, which was a month ago. The second is today and tomorrow. I'm planning to go tomorrow. The third is at the end of summer on labor day weekend I think. It's the same weekend as the Ellensburg Rodeo and they are both 4 day events I think, so a guy could hit both in the same weekend if he was ambitious about it.
