Not sure if this is flare or ghosting or both, but how can I stop it?
I'm using a Hoya UV filter.
Any ideas?
PS the colorful ride shot was not shot through glass.
Thanks

But I only use the expensive German made filters - B+W and Rodenstock. When did voluptuous become voluminous?

It's not the lens, it's the filter. Trust me on this, I've seen it before very often. "I think the idea of art kills creativity" - Douglas Adams

It doesn't affect sharpness but it ghosts like crazy in certain situations. Nothing you can do about it other than using a better quality UV filter or taking it off all together. My other filters are all Hoya Pro 1 filters and they don't exhibit any problems.
