Teaching a Community Photo Class

I've been asked to teach a class for people who just have their first digital camera and aren't sure what to do with it.

I can pretty much figure out what is most essential but I'm just wondering if anyone else has done anything like this and has an outline or a general structure for a 3 or 4 session class?

Depends on how basic the group is....most need a show and tell....how to put in card and battery....even how to charge battery. How to turn on camera, basic controls...shutter, zoom, modes...

There will be people that want to know how to put their name on the camera....how to get photos off the camera, how to print...

Having a computer and a card reader available will help...I'm sure there are tons of things I forgot.
