How many of you have or use a written contract / agreement for additional photographers for weekend sport tournaments / events? I have searched many threads here, including the ones with external links. I have not been able to find any.
I am mostly looking for verbiage that covers the expectations for both parties, right of images, compensation. Not sure what else it should have. I guess a clause for unforeseen weather that affects the event to be canceled. Comments / Thoughts?
Any help on samples or places I can find one, would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
