thats a hard decision, i would probably choose the first one, just because there is more of the subject... but both would work well, its more up to self preference i believe!

by the way, are these HDR ?

great shots also :)

The fist one, definitely… my only suggestion would be to clone out the horizontal power lines, they distract from the vertical ones

I actually would try taking the 2nd one and healing out all of the power lines. If that doesn't look good, Then use #1 without the horizontal lines...

thansk all.

And no,these are not HDRs, there are using a off-camera flash aimed at the graffiti on the pole using a CPL in harsh daylight.

I adjusted the contrast and offset and a slight USM in PSCS3.

The CPL helped a lot on the blues, I added tweaked the red hue/saturation.

Second one. The first one has some strange vertigo effect going on with the top of the power pole.
