Two days ago I woke up for the night shift. Ten minutes before I had to leave I got a text from a friend that said the waves were going off. I left for work at 6:15 pm...figured I'd drive down to see just how good it was. I wanted to call in sick soooooo bad.

By the looks of the wave in that first shot, I'd have definitely called in sick! Now the only question is, would you go out with the board or with the camera?

Ironic that there's a beach goer in the first shot, and not in the second. Did you scare her away w/ your camera?

Ha ha...yea, she got up and left after a couple minutes. I don't think she even noticed me though.
