Uploading to Web and Lightroom problem

Ok, so I import the photo into lightroom, and the photo looks SO GOOD.

When i upload to the web, the photos look like sin dipped in misery. Why is this, what am I doing wrong... The colors just look dull and well, BLAH, but in lightroom, they POP and look great

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

Oh yea, I also see a difference from when I open them up in Windows picture viewer (great looking), and Infranview (awful color)

Your pictures probably are in the Adobe 1998 color space. For web posting you want to be in the srgb color space.
