Onone's New Software "Focal Point"

Anyone using this newly released software plug-in? I downloaded the trial and love what it does. However, it's expensive ($159.00) and I'm not sure if it's worth it. What do you think?

The price seems a bit steep, but then again all of their stuff is on the high side...

I'll probably download the trial and see how it works. Personally, I'm more interested in Liquid Resize. I've taken a couple of photos where my desired crop area was just a hair off from 3:2 and it would be nice to be able to smart stretch those for a 4x6 without messing up the subject in the middle.

The images on their website are small, but it just looks like selective blur & sharpen plus vignette to me

I don't know a lot but I do know that I, personally, would never pay $159.00 for that applications capabilities.

It would only be worth it if you were doing selective focus on a lot of images all the time. Otherwise doing a couple out of a shoot yourself wouldn't add too much to your workflow.
