Chicago nightlife: SoundBar (7 pictures)

Took my camera to one of Chicago's hottest nightclubs (I was actually covering for a friend who shoots stuff like this... I got in for free and got free drinks).
It's smokey, hot, crowded, dark, and busy as hell, but I managed to get a few shots.

Awesome shots. I dunno if you noticed or if anybody else agrees, but the chick in the first shot looks a little like urma thurman. Think number 3 is the best

Excellent, well done. I don't see the big deal about number 3, seems a little dark to me...but number 5 and 7 are incredible. 5 jumps out at you, and 7 is very well done.

Yeah, those are cool....I think its shot 4 I like the best-nice quality, the cute chick with her mouth open...thats my fav.
What cam/lens/flash?

boggerg, those shots were taken with my rebel + 50mm1.8 (some with the 17-40) and 550EX
