300mm 2.8 USM IS in the mail. should be here tomarrow looking forward to trying it out this weekend.

Congratulations! You will love that lens. With the 1.4 and 2x you will have a very versatile set-up that is easy to pack and will give you sharp images. If I were forced to keep only one lens kit it would be that one.

OK first photo's Eagles of course. I can tell there is a learning curve with this lens nad it a heavy bugger but I will learn and start a wieght class. So far I am very happy.:):)
