MOOOOO! Everyone!!!!

Just home from a quick run over to Central Oregon. I had to teach a class. I am kicking myself for not taking a camera along. Usually when I do this trip I don't have time nor inclination for shooting. It was dreary and miserable on the way over. But once I crested the Cascades and started down the east side, it was absolutely gorgeous! The mountains were out in all their glory with fantastic light. And I had no camera. Puddle suggested that I just remember what they looked like then draw a picture later.

But on a good note, the tripod gods have smiled upon me. I had resolved to go buy a new one this weekend as I am sick of using my old one and my regular tripod is still broken. But when I got home, the replacement part for my tripod was on my doorstep! No need for a new tripod right now. :D

Nice timing!
