hey stefan

Hows it going ?

moo all just got back from the gym feel all alive and tingly !

I noticed I was spending way too much time reading this thread a month or two ago, so I decided that I needed detox (not meaning that you're toxic or anything ;) )

Also I had my eyes set on getting the brick, and I was a bit afraid of being pushed over the edge... and I was really close to getting it, but then we got a new (used) car and the whole investing in the brick fell through. I did get a Sekonic L-358 and a used 540 EZ as consolation :)

Well, after the detox, here I am to stay now :)

That's sort of how it's been around here, Stefan.

Good to see you.

Thanks Chief, good to see you too :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SUZY!!!

That's a nice shot... and you got very close to it! Gotta be careful with those ones :)

Thanks Stefan....welcome back. What kind of car did you get?

We bought my parents' old car when they changed to a newer :) It's a Volvo V70, which will be perfect cause we had planned to go on a car vacation this summer... driving down to Germany.

Thanks for the pickup - I see a few other bunnies around on that shot as well.

I seem to be getting less dust on the 1D than with the 5D.

It maybe it's just me shooting wide open pretty much all the time.

I'll need to get it cleaned up nice for when I go on my birthday zoo trip on saturday.

V70's are awesome cars. A few years ago, I was thinking seriously of getting a T5 version. But insanity prevailed and I got a diesel.

They are a bit thirsty though, especially when you drive in the city... ok, noting like the larger American ones, but still with the fuel prices going up...

Yep....I suspect you will want it nice and clean before Saturday...cloning stuff out of hundreds of images could really suck!
